BJP on Saturday observed CBI’s move to register cases against officials of then NDA’s government on alleged irregularities in the 2G scam as a political conspiracy.

Talking to reporters party spokesperson Prakash Javadekar alleged that the CBI is being used as a tool by the congress led UPA government.

Reacting to the BJP statement Congress Spokesperson Rashid Alvi said that BJP should not put hurdle in the investigation of 2G spectrum case.

He said BJP should not have any problem as it has already called for a probe in the entire allocation of spectrum including those made in NDA rule.
