UP: Six drowned to death, seven killed in road mishap

<br/>In Uttar Pradesh 6 persons including 4 girls were drowned to death in Auriya and Mau district while 7 others were killed in road accidents at Jyotibaphule Nagar and Shahjahanpur districts.<br/><br/>Quoting police sources AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that four teenage girl were drowned in local Sangan river under Diviyapur police station in Auriya district. The incident occurred when five girls had gone near the river for religious purpose.<br/><br/>Local people somehow managed to save one of them. In Mau district two youths were drowned while taking bath in river Tamsa. Police has said that the incident took place when both of them went deep inside the river and drowned.<br/><br/>In Jyotibaphule Nagar district four persons were killed when a truck dashed against a stationed truck under Rajabpur police area while three persons were killed in Shahjahanpur district when a jeep in which they were travelling over turned.
