In Uttar Pradesh, security forces conducted flag march today in curfew hit areas as confidence measure among common men in Bareilly city. Rapid Action Force, Police and PAC personnel were included in the flag march which moved in all five police station areas including Prem Nagar, Baradari, Quila, Kotwali and Subhash Nagar and there is no relaxation in curfew. No untoward incident has been reported from any part of the city.<br/>AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that district administration also organised a peace march in curfew hit areas in which religious leaders of both the major communities’ social organisations and professionals participated. The officials have claimed that the situation is under control and arrangements have been made to supply vegetables, milk, other edible and daily use items to the public in curfew hit areas with the help of civil supply department and Mandi Parishad.<br/> Security has been intensified with deployment of police personnel at all sensitive places.<br/> Normal life remained affected in the city due to the curfew. Educational institutions are closed but the board examinations are being observed peacefully amid tight security.<br/> Fresh tension was reported after release of Ittehad E Millat Council chief Tauqueer Raza Khan, who was arrested on the charge of fanning communal disharmony on last Monday. <br/> The Samajwadi Party President Mulayam Singh Yadav has criticised the arrest of Maulana Tauqir Raja Khan. Talking to media persons at Lucknow he blamed the state government for alleged failure to control the situation in Barelly. BJP and the Congress have set up their fact finding committees headed by its local Aonla MP Ms. Maneka Gandhi and Bareilly MP Praveen Singh Aron.<br/><br/>
