Uttar Pradesh government today recommended for CBI probe into mysterious death of health department employee recently in Lakhimpur Kheri district.Quoting official sources AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that the government has sent a letter to the centre in this regard. Wife of the deceased Mahendra Sharma who was accountant at Primary Health Centre Pasgawan in the district, has demanded CBI probe for impartial investigation into the case. Sharma was found dead at the PHC campus on 15th of this month after long disappearance.AIR correspondent reports that CBI had visited the Lakhimpur Kheri in connection with probe into alleged NRHM scam and had interrogated some officials. CBI has said that it had not called Sharma for interrogation during its visit.”””
