In UP, the nomination process for second phase of assembly elections will be completed as today is the last day of withdrawal of papers.The polling for this phase will be held on 11th February.AIR Gorakhpur correspondent reports that tomorrow is the last date of nomination for third phase which is going to poll on 15th February. Nomination is also on for 56 assembly segments for 4th phase that are going to polls on 19th February. The process of nomination for 49 assembly constituency of fifth phase will begin from tomorrow with the issuance of notification. Meanwhile, electioneering is underway in first four phases of elections. The Congress will issue its vision document today, while the BJP is releasing its election manifesto. The election commission has already deputed its general observers in the areas of first to fourth phase elections.
