In Uttar Pradesh, the nomination process for the fourth phase of Assembly elections began on Wednesday. 56 Assembly constituencies spread over 11 districts will go to the polls on 19th February in this phase. The nomination process is on for the third phase is also on. Several prominent candidates had filed their nominations. The UP Cabinet Minister Nandi Gopal Gupta Nandi also filed his nomination from Allahabad south today. Former state higher education Minister Rakesh Dhar tripathi who was expelled from BSP on corruption charges has also filed his nomination from Handia assembly seat of Allahabad.The Apna dal leader Anupriya Patel filed her nomination from Rohania assembly segment of Varanasi.
