The Uttar Pradesh police today exposed the conspiracy to kill State Institutional Finance Minster Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi on 12th of this month by a bomb explosion.<br/><br/>Addressing the media in Allahabad today IG police Of Allahabad S K Singh said two other accused whose names also figure in the FIR were arrested last night from Naini police station area of Allahabad. The Main Accused Dileep Mishra is already in Agra Jail for some other case. The arrested criminals are Rajesh Yadav and Kripa Shankar Pandey alias Kripanand Pandey.<br/><br/>Giving detailed account of the plot the DIG police of Allahabad, B B Sharma said that Chaka Block Head Dileep Mishra felt that his several properties and Land were seized because of Cabinet Minster Nand Gopal Nandi.<br/><br/>The DIG police said that once Rajesh pilot was one of the key accused who had implemented the whole operation targeting Minster on the 12th of July. He is absconding.<br/><br/>Few months back Dileep was Arrested by Nagpur police, just before his arrest he hatched a plan to kill the Minster and called a meeting of criminals at his brother in law’s residence in Allahabad.<br/><br/>According to police, in this conspiracy conspirator Dileep Mishra had also contacted MLA Vijay Mishra and another Criminal Mahendra Mishra and got their assurance, The DIG police said. One of the key accused Rajesh Pilot is a sharp shooter of Mahendra Mishra gang the DIG police said.<br/><br/>Just about a week before the incident which occurred on 12th July, on the behest of Dileep Mishra, his brother in law arranged another meeting at his home where Rajesh Pilot who was the key figure to carry out this explosion was also present.<br/><br/>The IG Police SK Singh said that many other names have been identified in this conspiracy and hunt is on to book the culprits.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the exact nature of Bomb explosion is still not Clear.’ we are waiting the Forensic Lab test report from Agra the IG police said.<br/><br/>In this incident with the Minster five other people were injured while one was killed.
