In Uttar Pradesh Anti Terrorist Squad of state police today arrested a person from Raebareli district wanted in connection with Delhi blasts 2009. He was arrested from Kotwali police area. Quoting police sources our Lucknow correspondent reports he has been identified as Arshad a resident from Barabanki district. He was evading his arrest after the blast. It was alleged he was arrested from house of one of his close relative. Police has claimed that he was residing there for a long time.
