National Minorities commission has sought report from Uttar Pradesh government regarding the violence of Masuri and Dasna of Ghaziabad within 15 days. Six persons lost lives in the violence which erupted on Friday last due to alleged desecration of a holy scripture.Chairman of National minorities commission Wajahat Habibullah said that a team of the commission will visit these areas very soon. Quoting official sources our Lucknow correspondent reports that situation has returned to normal as the business and daily activities in Masuri have resumed. Administrative officials said that only night time prohibitory orders are in place which will be lifted within a day or two.
