The Lokayukta in Uttar Pradesh has ordered realisation of about 94 lakh rupees released from the discretionary fund of legislators to educational organisations run by state minister Haji Anis Ahmad Khan alias Phool Babu in Pilibhit district. Lokayukta N K Malhotra has sent a report to Chief Minister Mayawati for realizing money given to minister’s educational institutions from discretionary fund of legislators by flouting norms. He has also recommended a disciplinary action against the then Chief Development Officer of Pilibhit district for releasing the fund ignoring the rules and regulations.
