In Uttar Pradesh, two persons died and 8 burnt due to lightning in Kaushambi district today. <br/><br/>According to District police in the first incident in Jahagrabad village under saini police station when a farmer died and 7other got burn injuries when they were working in the field when the lightning struck them. <br/><br/>In another incident in Fakirabad village under Kokhraj police station of same district a young girl died and another person injured due to sudden lightning.<br/><br/>The injures have been shifted to a district hospital of Allahabad for treatment the police official told to AIR.<br/>
