In Uttar Pradesh, the State Legislative Council adjourned sine die abruptly today a week before the scheduled date after passing the budget for the next financial year and some bills.AIR Lucknow Correspondent reports that members from the Opposition trooped into well raising slogans against amendment into Uttar Pradesh Urban Local Self Government Act forcing chairman for adjournment of the house for one hour. Question Hour was adjourned following noisy scenes. As soon as house re assembled for today's business situation was not different in the house. Amid uproarious scene government managed to pass budget for next financial year and some bill already passed from state Assembly. State Assembly was adjourned sine die yesterday week before the scheduled date after passing the budget for the next financial year and some bills. Members from the Opposition staged a Dharna in the well of the House till mid night after declaration of adjournment of the house sine die. Both the houses were evicted forceful last night as SP members were not ready to end their Dharna demanding fresh sitting of the House immediately. Meanwhile BJP has organised state wide demonstration and Dharna against amendment into Urban Local Self Government Act and alleged undemocratic behaviour of the state government in state Legislature.
