In Uttar Pradesh, five-day long pulse polio Immunisation drive begins today in 24 districts of Agra, Meerut, Saharanpur, Moradabad and Bareilly divisions of western and tarai regions of the state under Sub National Immunisation Day. Director General Health of the state told our Lucknow Correspondent that 1 crore 24 lakhs children up to five years of age will be administered polio drops during the drive. All children will be administered drops of Bi Velent vaccine during the drive.
