Districts having 15 per cent Muslim population will now be covered under the Saachar committee recommendations. This was disclosed by the Union Coal Minister Mr. Prakash Jaiswal to newsmen in Kanpur on Saturday. He said that the notification to this effect will be issued soon and the central committee will monitor the development work in these districts. AIR correspondent reports that 17 districts of U.P. including Kanpur and Farrukhabad will be developed under the scheme.<br/>
