In Uttar Pradesh, three persons died and many others fell in Hardoi gas leakage incident in an industrial unit. Nine affected persons are being treated in trauma centre in Lucknow. Conditions of two them is critical. District Magistrate of Hardoi A K Rathore told AIR Allahabad correspondent that a case has been registered against a chemist of the affected factory and the factory owner. Further investigations are on.Besides a Magistrate inquiry, a four member investigation team comprising officers from Labour and Pollution department has been formed by the district magistrate to probe the incident. Financial assistance of total two lakh and twenty thousand rupees has also been announced for family of the victims.
