UP govt. to probe issuance of passport to Pak spy

The Uttar Pradesh police says it will probe the issuance of passport to the Pakistani national Syed Amir Ali arrested by security agencies from Indira Gandhi International airport in Delhi. Additional Director General of Police Law and Order Mr. Brij Lal told this to reporters in Lucknow that it is a serious lapse as address of a person applying for a passport is doubly verified by local intelligence unit and the district police.
