The Uttar Pradesh government has ordered immediate arrest of ruling Bahujan Samaj Party MLA Purushottam Naresh Dwivedi allegedly involved in molestation to a minor girl recently in Banda district.State cabinet secretary Shashank Shekhar Singh told media persons in Lucknow that after preliminary report from CB CID of state police, government has instructed for lodging criminal cases against said MLA and his three associates.However he said that allegation of theft against the jailed girl has also been found correct in police investigation.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that case had come into light in last month when father of the girl, who is a farmer, had lodged a complaint about her missing from her maternal home in Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. The girl was recovered with the help of said MLA in Banda district.The BSP had suspended Dwivedi from the party till the findings of the inquiry report were not received. A preliminary inquiry by the CB-CID has found that Dwivedi had raped the teenager.
