<span style="color: #222222;">In Uttar Pradesh,the  government has  launched  special campaign to curb property & land-related disputes in rural areas.  This is a first of its kind campaign to end the nagging land-related issues in the rural areas. It is aimed at eradicating the exploitation of the villagers in the name of 'Varasat' of land and property. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">This special campaign will continue till 15 th February next year.Our Lucknow correspondent reports that the campaign started on the initiatives of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath 'Varasat'  will not only end the long pending land disputes, but will also put a check on the land mafia who generally target disputed lands especially in the rural areas. <br />''<br />''Official spokes person  said  in lucknow yesterday that  the new initiative is expected to settle case pending for years in the around one lakh  revenue villages of the state. Under the arrangements  people will get both online and offline facilities for registering the 'Varasat'. For the people who have land in the village but they are living at some other place, a special counter will be opened at the Tehsil-level where they can apply for the same.<br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It is also to be mentioned that on every 'Tehsil Divas' most of the complaints relate to land disputes and in the police stations also most of the cases and complaints in the rural areas are related to land disputes.<br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">After the 'Varasaat' exercise people will get  proper paper documents of their  land property and could also get  loans from banks. This will also be helpful in minimising  disputes  and animosity within families and relatives. The  people would also get rid of  facing law suits, that sometimes trail for generations. </span><br />''
