UP govt instructs strict compliance with GoI guidelines to start economic and industrial activities

<span style="color: #222222;">In Uttar Pradesh, the state government has instructed strict compliance with Government of India guidelines to start economic and industrial activities. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that Lockdown 3 will be followed firmly with special attention on containment zones and  Corona Hotspots. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said essential commodity, construction work and other industrial works out of containment zones will be permitted with certain restrictions. Various activities have already been permitted and are on run in state.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports, Additional Chief Secretary Home Awanish Kumar Awasthi told Media in Lucknow that according to union guidelines the whole state has been divided into three zones-Red, Orange and Green for the purpose of activities to run. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that there will be no movement of public transport and Cycle and Auto rickshaw and cabs in Red zone. Buses with 50 per cent of capacity in Green zone will be permitted within the district. All offices will be permitted in state with 33 per cent workforce. He said no social and religious public functions will be allowed during lockdown. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Gutkha and tobacco chewing has already been restricted and spitting will not be allowed on public places. In Red zones clinics will be allowed in rural and urban areas but out of hotspots. In Red zones, in urban areas construction work will be allowed where labourers live at the sites. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It has been instructed to people above 65 years, children below 10 years, pregnant women and people suffering from co-morbidity to remain inside homes. </span><br />''  <br />
