In view of the continuously decreasing number of COVID cases in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to give additional relaxations in the COVID-19 restrictions. These relaxations include revising night curfew timings and allowing restaurants and malls to open from June 21.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''As per the decision taken by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in a high level meeting today night curfew will be relaxed by two hours in the state from June 21. The night restrictions on people's movement will be effective from 9 pm to 7 am only. Currently, the night curfew is being enforced from 7 pm to 7 am. From 21 June restaurants and malls can resume operations with 50 per cent seating capacity. Permission will be granted to open parks and street food joints also. The establishment of the COVID-19 help desk will be mandatory at these places.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">State government eased COVID restrictions on June 9 as the number of active cases dropped below the 600-mark in all 75 districts of the state. However, no relaxation was granted in night curfew and weekend curfew in all the districts.</span><br />
