In Uttar Pradesh the government today banned transfers of state government employees of each and every rank and category during current financial year. <br/><br/>No Minister or head of the department could issue transfers of officials and employees in their respective departments.<br/><br/>Quoting official sources AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that transfers would not take place this year without prior permission of the Chief Minister. <br/><br/>The government has categorically said that only on administrative basis, children`s education, health ground and in public interest transfer of employees may be ordered but it should be approved from Chief Minister office.<br/><br/>The government had also banned transfer during last year.<br/>
