In Uttar Pradesh the government has banned holding of any demonstration and protest activities near the Vidhan Bhawan in state capital Lucknow with immediate effect.<br/><br/>A government spokes person has said that in the wake of terrorist threat and following Intelligence inputs Protest place which was earlier in front of Vidhan Bhawan has been shifted to Jhule Lal Park near Nadwa or near Sahid Smarak, both on the banks of river Gomti.<br/><br/>The spokes person has said that as Lucknow is one of the targets of the terrorists and Vidhan Bhawan is a unique archaeological structure, hence the government has taken such steps to prevent any untoward incident.<br/>Meanwhile additional security forces have been deployed in and around the Vidhan Bhawan following security threat and police has removed all the structures of the protestors from the Dharna Sthal in front of Vidhan Sabha.
