<span style="color: #222222;">Uttar Pradesh government has appealed to neo entrepreneurs to come up with ideas for start-ups to curb single-use plastic and identify alternatives for it. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">At the day-long UP startup conclave 2019 organised in state capital Lucknow, Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma announced that to promote new startups government is creating a 1,000 crore rupee Startup fund and will soon establish country's biggest incubator in Lucknow for startup revolution.<br />'' <br />'' AIR Correspondent reports that The Startup conclave was first of its kind organised in Lucknow in which hundreds of young minds, college students and entrepreneurs gathered from Uttar Pradesh and other parts of the country. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said the government is working towards creating a positive ecosystem for the promotion of startups. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He announced that government will soon come up with a policy of comprehensive and independent startup policy in various sectors including agriculture, medical, health, power, khadi, tourism and transport. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also gave awards to the best student startup and best women entrepreneur and flagged off a start-up Bus on occasion.</span><br />''
