In a surprise move, the UP government has removed at least 145 state government counsels. <br/><br/>The removal list was placed on the notice board of Allahabad high court last evening.<br/><br/>As per the rule the government counsels are appointed by the state government on contract basis to take care of legal matters in the courts on behalf of state government. But as per the working term the contract could be canceled by the state at any time. <br/>
