In the wake of covid-19, the &nbsp;CM has appealed to people to maintain social distancing norms while celebrating the festival.<br />''<br />''The Government spokesperson said that like the previous three &nbsp;years, women can avail free travel in all categories of Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation run buses in the state on the occasion of Rakshabandhan festival.
