District Magistrate of Pilibhit Vaibhav Srivastava said that farmers are being given 2700  rupees per acre as wages under MGNREGA to dig out pit for decomposing their paddy stubble with the help of ICAR developed capsules.<br />''<br />''In the same way for sugarcane stubble, farmers are being given rupees 1600 per acre.  ICAR scientist Dr Loveleen Shukla, demonstrating in the district said that a set of 4 capsules named Pusa Decomposer play an important role in the composing the agricultural residues and stopping stubble burning. Compost manure developed by this method is very rich and without chemicals. </span><br />
