In Uttar Pradesh, curfew was imposed today in Jagatpur police out post area in Bareilly district following clashes between two rival groups. Atleast six people were injured in the clashes.Inspector General of Bareilly zone DS Chauhan told our Allahabad correspondent that the clash was over a Janmashtami procession in the area. The incident took place when the procession was stopped by some persons from one of the rival groups.The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital. The condition of some of them is stated to be serious.
