In Uttar Pradesh, a local court of Mahoba district, has issued summon to union finance minister Arun Jaitley after taking suo moto cognizance of his alleged anti judiciary remarks. Terming the remarks of Mr Jaitly as sedition, Ankit Goel, Judicial Magistrate junior division of Kulpahad?, Mahoba has issued notice to him under sections 124A and 505 of IPC.<br/><br/>The Judicial Magistrate maintained that remarks of Jaitly on rejection of NJAC by Hon Supreme Court clearly amount to hate and contempt towards the apex court. The Magistrate has asked the minister to appear before the court on November 19th 2015. The same court of Munsif Magistrate Ankit Goel of Mahoba, taking suo motu cognizance of media reports regarding alleged gang rape remarks by Mulayam Singh Yadav,? ?had? issued summons to the Samajwadi Party chief? ?in the month of August.?
