In Uttar Pradesh a local court in Badaun district has directed the police to lodge an FIR against BSP MLA Yogendra Sagar and eight others including 3 police men for allegedly implicating the kin of a rape victim in a fake case.The Chief Judicial Magistrate of the district Pawan Pratap Singh also directed the police to submit the action taken report within three days to the court. MLA Yogendra Sagar is already an accused in abduction and rape of a student and is declared absconding by the court.The victim girl student has moved an application before the court that her brothers were being implicated in a false case of abduction of a girl by the MLA and policemen, who were also intimidating the witnesses.At the other hand in Baghpat district the CJM has summoned a BSP MLA from Bulandshahr district Jai Bhagwan alias Guddu Pandit and his three associates in connection with attacking and injuring district Congress leader during last Lok Sabha polls. They have been directed to appear before the court on 16th of next month.
