Congress General Secretary and Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi today said that common people of Uttar Pradesh were not living in a secured atmosphere. He was addressing a gathering after laying the foundation stone of CRPF Recruitment Centre at Trisundi industrial area in Bhadar block of Amethi Lok Sabha Constituency today.While mentioning several incidents of women abuse in recent times Mr. Gandhi raised the issues of Law and order condition in Uttar Pradesh. He also showed his concern about high rate of migration of people from Uttar Pradesh to other states. Congress general secretary also said that states like Punjab, Maharashtra and Delhi were providing better scope of work, security, education and medical facilities to the common people unlike Uttar Pradesh. He expressed his faith that people of Uttar Pradesh could do better and provided better atmosphere including l security and industrial growth prevailed in the state.The new CRPF recruitment centre of 5th battalion will be build in 264 acre land in five years. The Director General of CRPF Vijay Kumar was also present on this occasion.The Centre has paid more than 31 crore rupees to UP state Industrial Development Corporation for this land.
