<span style="color: #222222;">Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has reiterated his government's commitment to provide appropriate treatment to all the COVID patients. In view of this commitment, he said that the arrangements in the COVID hospitals should always remain up to the mark.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports that, the Chief Minister has asked to ensure that the COVID patients receive quality treatment. Presiding over a high-level unlock review meeting, Mr Adityanath directed officials to increase bed capacity in the COVID hospitals. He said that the hospitals should have adequacy in terms of medical equipment and manpower.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The CM further directed to keep Integrated Command and Control Centres (ICCC) activated in all the districts. The ICCCs should be tasked to maintain regular communication with the home isolated COVID patients to get feedback about their condition. The ambulance services under ALS and '108' should remain in the mode at any given time. He issued fresh directive to pay special attention to Lucknow and Kanpur and strengthen the health services in these districts.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">These two are the districts with the highest number of COVID patients in the State. In the last 24 hours, 749 new cases were reported in Lucknow followed by 266 new cases in Kanpur. 63 people died due to the virus infection yesterday taking the COVID death toll to 2,987 in the State. 1,40,107 people have been discharged after recovery. 49,288 people are under treatment.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
