UP CM Yogi Adityanath appeals people to celebrate Independence Day keeping health guidelines in mind

<span style="color: #222222;">Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adtyanath has appealed to people to celebrate Independence day while keeping in mind health guidelines related to COVID-19. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports, on country's 74th Independence Day, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated the people of the State and said that the day reminds us about the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and national heroes. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that his government is working on the principle of Sabka sath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas and trying hard to make Uttar Pradesh the best State of the country. The Chief Minister said that currently the whole world is fighting with COVID pandemic and the State government is running all development works and dealing with the COVID situation simultaneously. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Heavy security arrangements are in place at State borders and other important places on this occasion. All government buildings and other institutions have been illuminated with beautiful tricolor lights. The State government has also ordered the release of 74 prisoners from different jails to mark the country's 74th  Independence Day. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">DG Jails of State Anand Kumar said that it is a proud moment for the prison department of State as UP has the largest share in the President Medal Awardees with 3 distinguished and 10 Meritorious Medals. </span><br />
