Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has asked all District Magistrates and Chief Medical Officers to meet twice a day to provide better medical facilities to Covid patients. He said Morning meeting should be held in Kovid Hospitals and evening meeting in Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC). Chief Minister was reviewing a high level meeting on Covid 19 at Lucknow yesterday.<br />'' <br />''He said also orderd more aggressive contact tracing, surveillance and door-to-door survey in the state. AIR correspondent reports that<b> </b>additional Chief Secretary Health, Amit Mohan Prasad told that the work of Kovid-19 testing is being done at a rapid pace in the state and one lakh 48 thousand 147 samples were tested yesterday which is the highest ever number in a single day.<br />'' <br />''So far 53,50,704 samples have been tested in the state. He said that after getting 5 thousand 684 new Covid 19 cases during the last 24 hours the total number of active cases in state has reached 53,360. Out of which 26,865 patients are in home isolation, 2403 in private hospitals and 262 patients are in semi paid facility.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The rest of the corona patients are taking treatment in L-1, L-2, L-3 in corona hospitals in state. So far 1,62,741 patients have got cured and discharged. Meanwhile weekly Covid 19 restrictions which started at 10 PM on Friday are continued and will end 5 AM on Monday tomorrow. During the weekly closure on Saturdays and Sundays, the work of sterilizing the markets takes place. </span><br />
