<span style="color: #222222;">Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has asked the Commissioner of Saharanpur Zone to investigate the incident of a speeding truck running over the migrant workers and killing six of them on spot in Muzaffarnagar district last night. The State Government has announced a compensation of two lakh rupees to the family of the deceased and  50 thousand rupees to the family of the injured.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The Chief Minister expressed grief over the incident and ordered officials to made arrangements for the transportation of the body of diseased persons to their native places in Bihar and provide proper treatment to the injured.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Six migrant workers were killed and five were seriously injured last night when a speeding State Transport bus ran over them on the Delhi-Sharanpur Highway near Muzaffarnagar. The workers were walking from Punjab to their homes in different districts of Bihar. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The driver of the speeding truck has been arrested. Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarnagar Abhishek Yadav said that the bus was empty and the driver was under the influence of alcohol.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also expressed deep sorrow over the death of eight migrant workers of Uttar Pradesh in a road accident in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh. They were all returning to Uttar Pradesh from Maharashtra. </span><br />'' <br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He directed officials to made arrangements for the transportation of the bodies of diseased persons to their native places in state.
