In Uttar Pradesh, above 20 percent voters have exercised their franchise in first four hours of polling for second phase of three tier local body polls. Voting was started from 7 in the morning and it will be continued to in the evening. In Mirzapur and Chandauli districts voting will be held to 0530 PM.Quoting the State Election Commission, our Allahabad correspondent reports that maximum about 29 per cent voting has taken place at Prabudhha Nagar district while minimum about 13 per cent voting has taken place at Allahabad.
