In Uttar Pradesh, the festival of Idul Azha is being celebrated today all over the state with religious fervor and gaiety. People are seen rushing towards mosques to offer special Eidul Azha prayers. Elaborate security arrangements have been made all over the state in view of the festival. The state government has already instructed  cleanliness near mosques and  to supply ample water  and electricity to the people.<br />''<br />'' The traffic diversions in major cities including Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Meerut, Allahabad and Bareilly have been made for smooth passage of Namaj. AIR correspondent reports that different prayer timings have been set in Lucknow and in other cities to enable devotees to offer prayers according to their ease. Main prayers in state capital Lucknow will be held at Eidgah Aishbagh, Teeley Wali Masjid, Nadwatul Ulma, Mosque of Shahmina, Jama Masjid Chowk and several other prominent mosques today.
