In Uttar Pradesh, a local court at Baharaich has rejected the bail application of three Chinese nationals, who are lodged at district jail. Our Lucknow correspondent reports that they were arrested by Sashatra Seema Bal, SSB near the Indo Nepal border on the 17th of last month on charges of illegally entering into the country. District Judge Anurag Kumar Srivastava rejected the bail application terming the grounds given as insufficient. SSB had detained them when they were allegedly taking pictures of some important installations at Indian side. Police had seized photographs of SSB camp and Indian border from their camera. Police also claimed that an India PAN card was recovered from the Chinese nationals.
