The Uttar Pradesh assembly session for both the houses will begin on 28th January (2010). A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Myawati in Lucknow on Thursday.<br/>The first day of the session will begin with an address by State Governor B L Joshi to the joint meeting of both the houses. During this session, the income -expenditure of 2010-2011 financial year will be tabled before the house. The Government will also introduce some new legislation during this session. After the last session some ordinances were introduced by UP government. Now, as per the requirement, legislations will be introduced to replace the ordinances. <br/>
