<span style="color: #222222;">Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today launched the party's youth manifesto for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections at party headquarter in New Delhi. Ms Vadra promised to give 20 lakh jobs to youths in the state if the party is voted to power. Both the leaders raised the unemployment issue in the state. The party is going to the polls with youth and women in focus and has announced that it will reserve 40 percent of tickets for women in Uttar Pradesh. </span><br />
