In Uttar Pradesh, Additional Cabinet Secretary of the state Mr Vijay Shankar Pandey has been removed from his post and as principle secretary information and public relation department.<br/><br/>Mr Shailesh Krishna has been posted as principle secretary Chief Minister and information. He had served at chief minister secretariat earlier.<br/><br/>It appears that Mr Pandey`s removal is an out come of alleged bad publicity of BSP rally held on 15th of this month to celebrate silver jubilee function of party. He will look after vocational education department as principle secretary.<br/><br/>Meanwhile district police at Lucknow lodged FIR against unknown person for the incident of invasion of bees in large number at rally place. Police has said that the incident was serious because it could have led to a stampede. <br/><br/>Police has said that they are taking opinion of horticulture specialists to find out what cause the bees to invade the rally. The Chief Minister Mayawati herself has alleged that invasion of bees was a conspiracy to disturb the rally.<br/>
