Uttar Pradesh has achieved another milestone in the fight against COVID-19. State crossed the 25,000 per day testing yesterday. AIR correspondent reports that State Government did 26,489 testing yesterday with around 25,000 through RTPCR. <br />'' <br />''Secretary to Chief Minister Alok Kumar said that the positivity rate of less than three per cent indicates good containment strategy of the government. He said, that from 332 tests per day on 1st of April to 26,489 tests per day on 30th June is a stupendous achievement by State Government and it will continue to push for more. <br />''<br />''He said that while country's positivity rate goes up from 7.1 to 8.3 per cent over last three weeks, state has seen an increase of just 0.5 per cent. Last week, it had registered a positivity rate of 3.7 per cent.<br />'' <br />''Despite an increase in positive cases identified per day, cumulative case positivity rate of UP remains at 3.2 per cent, second lowest among top 10 COVID affected states.<br />
