In Uttar Pradesh, around 25 percent ?votes were polled till 11 this morning in 73 assembly constituencies. Polling is underway for the first phase first phase of assembly elections in 15 districts. <br/><br/>In Muzaffaranagar polling percentage was 27 per cent, while in Agra it was 23.8, Mathura 28%, Baghpat 26%, Hapur 15%, Etah 27%, Bulandshahar 24%, Shamli 21% and in Meerut 25.6%, Firozabad 21% till 11am.
