The United Nations Security Council, UNSC, has agreed to begin drawing up new sanctions against North Korea over its fifth nuclear test. <br/><br/>The decision was taken at an urgent meeting of the 15-member Council. The Council, in a press statement, condemned the test and said, it will start discussions on significant measures against Pyongyang including new sanctions.<br/><br/>North Korea has been subject to five sets of UN sanctions since its first test in 2006.<br/><br/>It had Friday announced that it successfully carried out its fifth nuclear test. South Korea believes it was the North's biggest-ever test.
