<span style="color: #222222;">In Maharashtra's Wardha, an 'Unlock Learning' initiative is being implemented for the Ashram Schools for the academic session 2020-21. There are Six Ashram schools in the state of which four are aided while two are unaided. Besides providing textbooks to the students, they are being kept in the stream of education by implementing various initiatives.<br />''       <br />''Out of total six Ashram schools in the state only two ashram schools have shown initiative to participate in the Unlock Learning program by the Office of the Integrated Tribal Development Project.The initiative aims at imparting educational activities to the tribal students amidst the closure of regular school learning activities due to Corona pandemic.<br />''<br />'' At the same time, parents and students are being given guidance on health care of the students.Currently as many as 213 students of these two ashram schools are benefitting from the initiative. 14 teachers, 12 housekeepers and 9 non-teaching staff of these two schools are working hard to reach out to these students. <br />''<br />''Two help desks have been set up at the school level and about 66 local resource groups of 56 members are also providing  necessary help for the functioning of the initiative. The activities undertaken under this program range from mathematical concept introduction through drawing and clay works, essay competition, geographical general knowledge through map reading among others. Besides, special emphasis is given to generate awareness on the importance of nutrition based daily balanced diet. With the success of the program, authorities now want to pursue the four other aided ashram schools which did not participate in the program earlier. </span><br />
