<span style="color: #222222;">Centre has constituted the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal to adjudicate matter related to declaring the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, Jammu and Kashmir as an unlawful association. The tribunal headed by Delhi High Court Judge Justice Sachin Datta will look into, whether or not there is sufficient cause for declaring the outfit as unlawful association. A notification in this regard has been isued by Union Home Ministry. Recently the Ministry has declared Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, Jammu and Kashmir group as an unlawful association.</span><br />
