In Sri Lanka, the unity government will continue even as members from Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) are still in discussions to form their own government. <br/><br/>Cabinet spokesperson told a press briefing in Colombo that a cabinet reshuffle will be carried out to bring necessary changes in the government. The briefing was not attended by minister from SLFP side. <br/><br/>The spokesman also made it clear that the government will continue to be led by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremsinghe. <br/><br/>The statement comes amidst claims made by both main parties to form government on their own. <br/><br/>AIR Correspondent reports, both sides are meeting to fine-tune their strategies before President Sirisena makes his stand clear on Friday. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, law and order minister Sagala Ratnayake offered his resignation today before a likely cabinet reshuffle. <br/><br/>His ministry has been criticized for not acting enough against former President Mahinda Rajapske and his family in corruption and criminal cases. <br/><br/>In another move, President appointed a deputy minister from his coalition even as the suspense over unity government continues.<br/>
