Union steel Minister Chaudhary Birender Singh today inaugurated Digi Dhan mela in Chhattisgarh's Bhilai city. Winners of Lucky-Grahak and Digidhan-Vyapar schemes were presented with awards on the occasion. <br/><br/>This is the third digidhan mela being organised in Chhattisgarh, to promote cashless transactions among its people.
