<span style="color: #222222;">The Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and &nbsp;Sports, Nisith Pramanik said that the Central Government is giving prime importance for the development of sports sector in the country.&nbsp; The Minister who was on a visit to Kerala, was interacting with athletes at the Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education ( LNCPE), &nbsp;Thiruvananthapuram on Friday.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Mr. Nisith Pramanik said that through the various &nbsp;Central schemes and measures for sports, India has been able to mould sportspersons who could shine at the international level. The Union Minister of State also visited the Athletic Pavilion and felicitated the National Games medal winners at the National Centre of Excellence. Early in the day, Mr. Nisith Pramanik visited Kanyakumari and paid a visit to the Kanyakumari Devi Temple and Vivekananda Rock. He pointed out that Vivekananda's visionary ideas have played a pivotal role in guiding the youth of the country.</span><br />
