Union Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Dr L Murugan said, the country has seen a revival of the fishing sector after 2014 with the creation of a separate ministry for fisheries. Dr Murugan inspected the District Livestock Farm at Hosur in Tamil Nadu yesterday, which is considered as Asia's biggest farm of its kind. In his address, the Minister said, all the sectors are witnessing an accelerated growth now. He said, the Centre is working on realising the long term goals of the nation to be achieved when India celebrates golden jubilee of Independence.
