Union Ministers have condemned the Bulandshahar gangrape incident. Talking to media outside Parliament, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said guilty involved in the heinous crime should be punished at the earliest.<br/><br/>Culture and Tourism Minister Mahesh Sharma hit out at the Uttar Pradesh government for lawlessness in the state. Mr Sharma said, the Akhilesh Yadav government should ensure safety and security of the people. He said, incidents of crimes against women is on rise in the state. He said, all the accused should be brought to book as early as possible.<br/><br/>Another Union Minister Kalraj Mishra said, criminals have no fear of law in Uttar Pradesh and are roaming free due to the negligence of the state government. Mr Mishra demanded speedy trial in the case.<br/><br/>BSP chief Mayawati also came down heavily on the Uttar Pradesh government over the incident. Talking to reporters, she said that Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav should step down taking moral responsibility of the incident. She said, there is Jungle Raj in the state
